Ik ben heel teleurgesteld in de werking van myn bezoek.
Ik werd de dag zelf al opgebeld om 15min vroeger te komen omdat er iemand was tussen genomen. Ik had daar zeker geen probleem mee dus meldde my dan ook 15min vroeger aan. Dan werd er my meegedeeld dat ik nog even moest wachten want de dokter moest nog lunchen. Op zich geen probleem mee, dus ik heb ook gewacht. Om 12.55u kwam de dokter er dan aan om alles snel snel te doen want ja hy had er iemand tussen genomen om 13u en die was blijkbaar belangrijker dan my, want ik had nog enkele andere vragen en vroeg om ook de jaarlijkse check van myn vlekjes te doen maar de dokter stond al in het deurgat met de deur open en verzocht me vriendelijk om hiervoor een andere afspraak te maken?! Euhm… ik ben hier nu dus waarom nog is terugkomen? Dit is echt geldklopperij en ik voelde my echt aan kant geschoven. Ik voelde me buiten gekeken en hoe ik zag hoe de patiënt van 13u werd ontvangen als een koning, was ik echt gedegouteerd van deze soort praktijken.

I did a treatment and here are things that made me very dissatisfied:

1. Mr. De Bolle didn't explain the process well and down-time was far way much longer than explained. This is a basic information that the health provider should offer definitely BEFORE the procedure. The ugly recovery that came with bruising on the right side of my face caused hyperpigmentation that still lasts until today. Mr. De Bolle emphasised I could continue my day as normal just after the intervention.

2. Mr. De Boulle focused more on the good effects and the day of the consultation I came for information: proposed to intervene despite I had been following a diet that was not convenient for the intervention (some specific foods should be avoided before) but I think it was easy cash and I got convinced by the amazing results that I could hear from his explanation.

3. Mr De Boulle should have also evenly focused about the possible side effects and risks.

4. Mr. De Boulle promises to adapt and make a correction if need. One other thing was that the result was asymmetrical. I went back to have this improved (as on the consultation and intervention he specifies that correction is free-of-cost possible) but this time he was not so enthousiatic. Of couse I felt I had the right to tell him how unhappy and severely worried I was. He gaslighted me into thinking that there was no problem and reassured me that my problem would fade in time. More than a year later, I still see the consequences of this procedure, asymmetrical result and hyperpigmentation on the treated zone.

In conclusion, I STRONGLY ADVICE AGAINST GOING TO THIS PRACTICE. In my experience with Mr. De Boulle, showed lack of professionalism, patient care and accountability just for the sake of earning money. Doctors who follow good practices and ethics would never give false expectations, would not avoid talking about the risks before hand and would PLAN and prepare the patient for the procedure.

The fact that you appear on TV does not mean that you are ethically safe to others as well. You can write books, research papers, be a professor or whom you can imagine but that does not mean you are having the basis of ethics.

Ik ben DELEENHEER ANNA en ging al 25 jaar bij dokter De BOULE en BIESEMANS, tevreden tot er een kwaadaardig vlekje aan mijn bovenlip moest weg genomen worden..nu trekt mijn mond scheef.....en dan... HEB GEBELD VORIG JAAR VOOR EEN AFSPRAAK voor MAART 2025 dat was te vroeg en moest terug bellen begin januari HEB DAT GEDAAN OM DAN TE MOETEN HOREN DAT DE PRAKTIJK VOLLEDIG SLUIT ..SORRY MAAR VIND DIT HEEL ONBELEEFD OM EEN PATIËNTE VAN 25 JAAR AL , NIET TIJDIG TE VERWITTIGEN DAT ZE SLUITEN. IS RESPECTLOOS. 😡
